You can use this guidance on behalf of someone who is digitally excluded.

You may be digitally excluded if it’s not reasonable or practical for you to keep digital records or submit them.

This could be because:

  • of disability, your location or your age
  • your religious beliefs are incompatible with using software to keep digital records
  • you are subject to an insolvency procedure
