Can I set up other users within my organisation to use the Charities Online service?
Yes, once you've registered you can:
- add other people within your organisation as 'Administrators' at the Government Gateway
- you can assign them the same services that you've already registered for, and they can also register for new services. They'll also be able to create and delete other administrators
- create 'Assistants' who'll have limited access to certain features, but can send your organisation's forms to HM Revenue and Customs using the right software
- complete tasks such as delete administrators, change the services that administrators are assigned to and make changes to your registration details
