Can I set up other users within my organisation to use the Charities Online service?
Yes, once you've registered you can:
add other people within your organisation as 'Administrators' at the Government Gateway
you can assign them the same services that you've already registered for, and they can also register for new services. They'll also be able to create and delete other administrators
create 'Assistants' who'll have limited access to certain features, but can send your organisation's forms to HM Revenue and Customs using the right software
complete tasks such as delete administrators, change the services that administrators are assigned to and make changes to your registration details
