What is a Tax Credit repayment plan?
Customers who have been notified by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) that they have been overpaid Tax Credit are allowed to spread their repayments over 12 months. This arrangement is referred to as a Tax Credit repayment plan. If you wish to pay over a period less than 12 months please telephone the HMRC Contact Centre 0345 302 1429.
