Can I save the Confirmation/Advance Notice when I have set up my Direct Debit payment?
Yes. However, you may need to make changes to your current browser settings.
Your browser Help will tell you where to obtain information on how to make
these changes.
As an example, if you are using Internet Explorer Version 6.0 you would need
to:

select Tools from the Internet Explorer menu

select Internet Options from the Tools menu

select the Advanced tab from Internet Options

scroll down to the Security section and de-select the setting 'Do not save
encrypted pages to disk'
You may need to close and re-open your browser for the change to come into
effect.
Please note: This could affect your browser security settings. Instead,
you may prefer to save a screen print, or copy and paste the page into a word
processing document.
