Why has the system rejected my data when it is right?
From 1 January 2021 all lines of data must contain the correct VAT numbers that relate to the country code entered.
A common error is including your customer's country code in the VAT registration number field. It should only be entered in the country code column and not be included as part of the customer's VAT number.
