What should I do if I don't receive my Activation Code after enrolling for EMCS?

When you have successfully completed your enrolment for EMCS the Government Gateway will issue you with an Activation Code within 7 days. The code will be sent to the address you gave when you signed up and enrolled to use the service.

If you haven't received your Activation Code after 10 days (21 days if you live abroad) please contact the HM Revenue and Customs Online Services Helpdesk.
