I'm an existing user of HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) Online services. How do I register and enrol for ICS?
If you're already registered to use HMRC Online services you just need to enrol for the Import Control System. Enter your existing user ID and password on the Welcome to HMRC Online services page. Once logged in you'll see a list of the services you can use and services you can enrol for, including ICS. Follow the link to 'Enrol for service' for ICS and enter your details when asked.
