Who do I contact if I don't receive my Activation Code?
If you've recently enrolled for an online service, the Government Gateway will issue you with an Activation Code, if needed, within 2 days. The code will be sent to the address you gave for that specific service.
If you haven't received your code after 5 days (21 days if you live abroad) please contact the HM Revenue & Customs Online Services Helpdesk.
