I'm having problems downloading Comma Separated Value (CSV) files - what do I do?
If you're using Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or later, you might be experiencing problems downloading CSV files because your browser setting 'Do not save encrypted pages to disk' isn’t set. Follow the instructions below to set the browser correctly:
- select Tools from Internet Explorer
- select Internet Options from the Tools menu
- select the 'Advanced' tab from Internet Options
- scroll down to the Security Settings and make sure setting 'Do not save encrypted pages to disk' is ticked
If you are using a PC on a network you may need your Systems Administrator to do this for you.
