Why won't the online service let me change my registration details?
If you, or your agent, have already submitted a request to change some of your registration details you will not be able to submit a further change to those same details for 48 hours. But, you can request a change to other details.
If you or your agent have not requested any changes in the last 48 hours you should call the Online Services Helpdesk on 0300 200 3701.
