Agent details

For the purposes of completing this application, an 'agent' is any person who uses this service on behalf of the person/business that is applying to register but who is not:

• the sole proprietor
• a partner
• a director or company secretary (of an incorporated body)
• an official (of an unincorporated body)

Examples of 'agents' include:

• accountant, solicitor or other professional advisor
• bookkeeper
• employee
• spouse
• friend or relation
