The Company Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) is made up of ten numbers, for example 1234567890, and can be found printed on the form CT41G and other documents issued to the business by HM Revenue & Customs. Depending on the type of document issued the reference may be printed under one of the following headings:

• Tax Reference
