The Office Number is the 3 digit reference that comes before the 10 digit Company Unique Taxpayer Reference. You'll find this on documents issued by HM Revenue & Customs.

Depending on the type of document issued the reference may be printed next to the headings 'Tax Reference', 'UTR' or 'Official Use'.
