If you received financial support from the NHS Test and Trace Support Payment scheme, include the amount received in this box.

The information to complete this field can be found on your P11D form, provided by your employer. See the following list of the various sections:

• Section B box 15 - Payment made on behalf of employee
• Section H box 15 - Interest-free and low interest loans
• Section J box 15 - Qualifying relocation expenses payments and benefits
• Section K box 15 - Services Supplied
• Section M box 15 - Other items, including subscriptions and professional fees

You will need to add together all the box 15 amounts on your P11D and enter the total figure.
