You should include:

• Widow's Pension or Bereavement Allowance*
• Widowed Mother's or Widowed Parent's Allowance*
• Industrial Death Benefit Pension*
• Carer's Allowance*
• Statutory Sick, Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Pay and Shared Parental Pay - but only if paid by HMRC, if paid by your employer you should include it in the 'Employment' section of your return

*Do not include the Christmas Bonus and Winter Fuel Payment, any Cold weather Payments, any additional amounts paid for child dependency or child allowance.
