• you or your partner got Child Benefit during the 6 April 2020 to 5 April 2021 tax year, and the payments had not stopped before 6 April 2020
• someone other than you or your partner claimed Child Benefit for a child who lived with you during the 6 April 2020 to 5 April 2021 tax year

Otherwise, if the above does not apply answer 'No'.
