We need to know about all of your address changes. If you have moved more than once and have not told us, you need to go to tell us about all of your address changes in the correct order, before submitting this form

It’s important to keep your address details up to date to make sure you’re paying the right rate of income tax. The Scottish rate of income tax applies from April 2016. You need to pay the Scottish rate of income tax if you lived in Scotland for most of the tax year.
