1080 - Documents you may need

When completing your Tax Return, you may need the following documents:

• bank or building society interest details
• dividend certificates
• P60 - End of year certificate of pay and tax
• P45 (Part 1A) - If you have changed jobs
• P11D -Taxable benefits from your employer
• P2 - Your PAYE Coding Notice
• business accounts, please don’t send these in unless we specifically ask you to do so
• any other documents relevant to your tax affairs
