1010 - Agricultural or Industrial Buildings Allowance

The 2008 Finance Act implemented the previously announced withdrawal of agricultural buildings allowances. You can no longer claim agricultural buildings allowances. The allowance of 4% was phased out by giving only part of the allowance each year.

Agricultural and Industrial Buildings Allowances for 2017 to 2018 is nil.
