HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) expects you to have contacted the appropriate Contact Centre or telephone helpline to try and resolve your problem before you use the Agent Account Manager (AAM) Issue Resolution Service. For Self Assessment or PAYE for individuals queries, you should use the Agent Dedicated Line (ADL). Agents should use this line (Tel 0300 200 3311) instead of the general number for these queries.
