Local Working Together meetings

There are about 50 Local Working Together groups around the UK, each of which holds meetings two or three times per year. These meetings allow HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) staff to meet agents face to face in order to discuss issues. The department uses these meetings to find out what agents think of HMRC services and some agent attendees also send copies of the minutes to their professional bodies for publication on their websites.
