Property title number

Enter the property title number under which the property (dwelling) is registered. For the England and Wales this would be the HM Land Registry title number or the equivalent for Scotland and Northern Ireland.

In some cases the property (dwelling) subject to Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED) may be registered under more than one title number, for example where properties under separate title numbers are treated as one for ATED purposes. In this scenario, you should enter one title number in the 'Property title number' field and any other title numbers in the ‘Reason/Additional property title numbers’ field.

If you do not have a property title number, please enter 'None' and explain why in the 'Reason/Additional property title numbers' field.
