Please note: HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) will send a refund plus any interest due for all claims received where there is a valid payment reference number. However, HMRC will check a sample of the claims they receive to make sure they are correct so HMRC may need to contact you at a later date to request more information to support your claim.
