Provisional figures are those that you will update later when you have accurate information.

If you have included provisional figures or information, enter 'Yes' and provide details of what information is provisional and why, in the 'Other information' box at the end of the form.

Please note: You should make sure your send the final figures as soon as you can.

If your computation doesn't include any provisional figures enter 'No'.
