Part year amount

If you start to receive Medical benefit part way through the year the amount you receive may be less than the annual amount. Please enter that amount here then the full annual amount in box B. Includes any private medical, other health treatment or insurance you get by reason of your employment. Please include here medical plans, dental plans, vision care coverage, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, Long term disability (LTD) insurance, critical Illness cover, employee and dependant life insurance.
