Date you stopped trading

If you have stopped trading, please enter the date you stopped. HM Revenue & Customs will need this information so that the right tax returns can be sent to you.

If you are disclosing on behalf of a deceased person, please use the date of death as the date trading stopped if the business had not already ceased.
