Description
A pack of 3 Lint roller set, which consists of 3 rollers and one plastic handle. Each roller is of self-adhesive paper and can be mounted on a plastic handle for use. It is used for rolling against clothing and other materials for removing hairs and fluff. It has a plastic handle for easy handling. It can be used instead of a clothes brush. It is packaged in polybag with header card for retail sale.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. GIR 5b - Has been used to identify the type of packaging, poly bag with header card. GIR 6 - Has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 960390 Other than elsewhere specified in this heading. 8 DIGIT CODE 96039091 - Road-sweeping brushes; household type brooms and brushes, including show brushes and clothes brushes; brushes for grooming animals. Also classified in accordance with: Harmonised System Explanatory Notes (HSENs) to heading 9603.
