Description
Safety pin, these are needles that are oval in shape are made entirely of steel and are silver in colour. The pin is approximately 26mm in length. The safety pin includes a simple spring mechanism and a clasp are used to fasten pieces of fabric or clothing together. They are packaged in a cardboard box containing 1000 pieces.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. Gir 5b Has been used to identify to types of packaging - cardboard box containing 1000 pieces.
