Monitor earphone adaptor
This product is a monitor earphone adaptor (MEA) is a sandwich module which is connected between the processing unit and the battery module when in operation. With the monitor earphones and adaptor, a carer or audiologist can use the earphones to check that the hearing aid is receiving sound and that functions are working correctly.
The adapter itself is enabling the earphones, included in the kit, to be connected to hearing aid processing unit. It is made up of two plastic mouldings, which house a PCBA (printed circuit board assembly), a NEUF socket and NEUF plug and 3.5mm audio jack.
The product is made from hard plastic, is black in colour, includes a PCBA with 3 types of socket/plugs.
Packed in a sealed bag.
