Description
The HM21 Test Unit is a portable meter used in researching semiconductor materials which can be battery operated or operated from the mains electricity supply using the supplied 9V adapter. It supplies one of 6 fixed constant currents from 100 nanoamps to 10 milliamps and has a digital voltage display. The Test Unit is designed to be used in conjunction with a four point probe and the readings can be used to determine the resistivity or sheet resistance of a tested sample. It can be operated as a stand alone unit with a facility to store readings onboard, or via a PC using supplied software. Stored readings can be downloaded to the PC via the supplied software. The unit can display results in mV or sheet resistan
