Description
A meat thermometer, essentially consisting of a disc-shaped housing made of base metal, which is equipped with a measuring display and a piercing pin attached to the underside with a measuring sensor for measuring the temperature of cooked meats. The thermometer is inserted with the tip into the meat and is used to measure the core temperature of the meat during the cooking process. The thermometer is made from stainless steel and glass and comes with a plastic PP cover.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
