- A mechanical structure of the system is made on stainless steel AISI-316L. The scanner is engineered to operate effectively in the demanding meat processing environment. The Fat content is one of the most important parameters to control in the meat industry as they influence the nutritional value and eating quality of the meat. The system is an innovative Magnetic Induction scanner specifically designed for vertical scanning of meat parts, with a particular focus on hams, within production lines.
