Description
Cardboard construction toy that is a children's construction toy made from laminated hardboard/cardboard, lined with kraft paper printed on one side, unprinted/brown on the other. It is manufactured by first laminating the paper which then die cut/creased, then folds and glue is added and finally hand stripped. The hardboard discs are designed to be interleaved with each other to allow for children to make life-size structures for them to play with. It is packaged in packs of 30 that are banded, boxed and sleeved.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
