Description
The product is a whole lobster in it's shell, which is cooked in brine and frozen. The species of lobster is the Homarus americanus. Defrost the lobster in the bag for 12-14 hours in the refrigerator. To cook place the defrosted lobster in boiling water for 2 minutes. The lobster in brine is packaged in a heat sealed bag.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect –a.
