Description
The Military Test Set is a versatile test set used primarily for testing, simulating, and analyzing various avionics systems. The device is designed to be lightweight, portable, and user-friendly, making it a valuable tool for avionics maintenance and testing. The military test set is specifically designed for military use. It is capable of comprehensive testing, simulation, and analysis of various military avionics systems, including IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) modes, TCAS (Traffic Collision Avoidance System), and TACAN (Tactical Air Navigation) systems12. It also supports Mode 4 and Mode 5 testing, which are critical for military operations. Additionally, the product includes features like built-in bays for KIV-77 and KIV-78 crypto appliqués, making it suitable for secure military communications testing. Key functions: Interrogator/Transponder Testing: It supports testing for Modes 1, 2, 3A, C, S, EHS, ADS-B TX and RX, and Mode 5. TCAS Testing: It can test TCAS I, TCAS II, and E-TCAS systems. TACAN Testing: It performs comprehensive testing of TACAN receiver transmitters in A/A, G/A, and A/A BCN modes. Crypto Testing: It includes built-in bays for KIV-77 and KIV-78 crypto appliqués for Mode 4 and Mode 5 testing. ADS-B Compliance: It tests ADS-B systems in compliance with RTCA DO-260 A and B requirements. Remote Diagnostics: It supports remote diagnostic testing and downloading of test results to a PC via USB connection.

Justification
